Key Responsibilities
Executive and Ministry Support for Lead Pastor
- Steward the Lead Pastor’s schedule, communications, and priorities with a high level of organization and discernment.
- Manage calls, messages, and meeting requests with professionalism and care.
- Prepare weekly message outlines for internal teams and digital platforms.
- Conduct research and provide support for ministry initiatives, events, and travel.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for key meetings and events, including Board meetings, Personnel Team meetings, staff gatherings, and special events.
- Provide additional administrative support and special project assistance as assigned.
Administrative and Operational Support for Director of Operations
- Provide logistical and administrative support for special events before, during, and after execution.
- Support donor relations through contribution tracking, database management, and record corrections using Planning Center and Subsplash Giving platforms.
- Assist with financial administrative processes, including check requests, wire transfers, and recurring payments.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring processes, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, travel, testing, and pre-employment steps.
- Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation, documentation, welcome packages and new hire setup.
- Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant employee personnel records in compliance with HR standards.
- Process bi-monthly payroll reporting and ensure timely and accurate timecard submissions.
- Serve as a trusted HR liaison and support resource for staff, including providing care and advocacy when appropriate.
- Evaluate and improve human resources systems, contributing to a healthy, aligned, and thriving staff culture.
Office Management Support
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all visitors, vendors, and guests.
- Provide office support by responding to general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
- Train and support staff in administrative processes and office best practices.
