Metro has made the unselfish commitment to not only impact our own community for Christ, but to be a part of what God is doing in other areas of our country and world.  All giving to the "Jesus for the World" offering goes to sharing the Good news of Jesus with the world.

In light of the desperate situation with the people of Haiti, we will use all donations to "Jesus for the World" (going forward) to help in the relief effort.  We will be partnering with Samaritan's Purse who has been on the ground in Haiti responding to the disaster from the very beginning.  They are not only effective in delivering emergency relief supplies to earthquake victims, but also very effective at sharing the message of hope found in Jesus.
